ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:

Rooms are ready at 15:00 on the day of your arrival. In case you arrive after 19:00, we would appreciate being informed beforehand by telephone or email.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00.

SURCHARGES AND DISCOUNTS:

• local tax: € 2,70 per person and night
  local tax € 3,20 starting winter 2022/23
• short-stay surcharge for up to 4 nights: € 10.00 to € 15.00 per person and night
• stay over New Year’s Eve: € 12.00 per person and night in case you stay less than 9 nights
• New Year’s Eve:€ 30.00 per person
• overnight stay with breakfast:
  For overnight stays with breakfast, you are entitled to discounts of € 10.00 per person and night.

CHILDREN’S DISCOUNT IN WINTER:

with additional bed in the parents’ room, including gourmet half-board:

• 0 – 3 years: accommodation is free (maximum of 1 child per room; for 2 children younger than 3 in one extra room, we charge you € 25.00 for the 2nd child per night)
• 4 – 7 years: 50 % discount
• 8 – 14 years: 30 % discount

During Ski Start and Ski January, we charge the following prices for children in an additional bed in the parents’ room:

• 4 – 7 years: € 25,00 per child per night
• 8 – 14 years: 50 % discount

PACKAGES:

Seniors and children are eligible for discount ski passes. Therefore, package prices only apply to adults.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS:

• Reservations and cancellations are only valid in writing – by e-mail/by post.
• We will confirm your booking once we have received your deposit of € 30% of the room rate. Please make your deposit per transfer to our bank account:

• In case of cancellation, deposits will be held as cancellation fees, unless your booking has been cancelled within the allowed time frame. If arriving late or leaving early, we charge you the full room price (excluding board). The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (= österr. Hotelvertragsbedingungen) apply here. We recommend you taking out travel insurance.
