Local ingredients, seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh alpine herbs: our dishes are full of high-quality products made in the nearby surroundings.

When preparing the meals for our guests, we stick to traditional recipes, and spice them up with international cooking trends. The result are dishes that are both traditional as well as creative, and full of attention to detail.

You will taste, smell and see not only the quality of the raw products which are the basis for our fantastic meals but also the know-how and the passion of our brigade de cuisine.
And your charming hosts in our service team do not only spoil you with delicious dishes; they also serve you noble wines from our extensive wine cellar.

Local Ingredients and Produce made at our own Farm

Local food tastes best. This is why we mainly use produce grown and made in the Paznaun valley in our kitchen and for the outstanding dishes we serve you.
Some of these ingredients come from our very own farm, one of the largest agricultural players of the whole valley. One example of these products is our excellent cheese made by Hermann and Patrick Huber at the Faulbrunnalm. It is not only one of the favourites of our guests but also of the jury of the annual International Cheese Olympics taking place in Galtür.
By the way: you cannot only enjoy our cheese in the Hotel Rössle but also take some home with you. Just let us know at the reception!
